WHO IS THIS MAN?
A prominent rabbi in Toronto, Canada, was once asked, "Who will be the Messiah?" The rabbi answered, "The Messiah will be someone who will bring peace to this world."
Will the promise of peace in this world alone qualify one to be the promised Messiah?
All of us were born in a certain year. We were given a birth certificate stating our date of birth; therefore, we know who we are because our birth certificates identify us.
But how would you recognize or identify the Messiah if He were to come today? Without any credentials, how would you know who He is?
For the answer, you only have to turn to the scriptures given and inspired by God, written by the prophets, and to the New Covenant, to compare scripture with scripture, truthfully identifying the promised Messiah:

He would be the seed of the woman. Genesis 3:15; Galatians 4:4.

He would be the seed of Abraham. Genesis 22:18; Hebrews 2:16.

He would be born in Bethlehem. Micah 5:2; Luke 2:4,7.

He would be born of a virgin. Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:26,27,30,31.
